Jewels []

Recruiting Companions

Jewels are the premium currency within Lord of Dungeons and have a multitude of uses, however they are most commonly used to recruit new companions. Rolling 10 units from an average banner costs 390 , however a banner with more favorable rates may cost 490 . The semi-abundant distribution of jewels combined with the higher than average master rate (equivalent to a 5 star unit in other gachas), makes Lord of Dungeons fairly F2P friendly.

The caveat of the generous rates is that a unit can be upgraded with a duplicate copy, up to a maximum of 10 upgrades which results in an exponential increase in stats. Due to how diluted the unit pool is, acquiring 11 copies of a master unit is no easy feat.

These are the rates of the default banner. It is not recommended to pull on the default banner as it is a gambit with diminishing returns when compared to more contemporary banners that

• Remove novice rarity units from the pool completely
• Have a 100% last slot master rate
• Have a higher common slot master rate
• Have featured companions with higher pull rates

When rationalizing on which banner to pull, take the above into consideration. When in doubt, hop onto our Discord! Do keep in mind that regardless of how much one rationalizes, RNG will ultimately decide the outcome.

Other Uses

• Expanding companion, Item and Monster slots. 10 jewels unlock 10 slots up to 600. After that it costs more.
• Upgrading industries.
• Instant exploration, not recommended.
• Buying items from the Super Shop, not recommended.
• Refreshing tavern companions, not recommended.

2. Shop > Regular > Jewel, you can get 9 Free Jewels a day by watching ads.
3. Arena gives the most jewels every week.
4. Daily Mission gives 10 Jewels daily.

Defense Skills[]

Defense Skills determine how well you block and dodge attacks. They are blue, like the Weaponry skills. Most are available at the start of the game and are usable by all classes, but there are some that must be gained by accessing certain classes. If a player uses armor or shield that he or she has insufficient strength or skill for, the player will suffer a penalty. Penalties translate to decreased speed (how fast you can attack and cast spells), decreased parry (chance to block), and decreased strike (chance to hit) thus making it harder for you to hit enemies while making it easier for them to hit you.

If a player tries to use a spell that is higher than his or her respective magic skill, then the spell will have reduced effect and there is a chance for the spell to fail. However, if the player’s skill level is higher than that of the spell, then the spell will be likewise magnified.

Overview[]

By opening the character page, a player can view and raise their Skills. Skills are grouped into categories with pretty much their own unique color. The majority of Skills are available to all players right from the start, but some are linked to particular classes.

Skills are increased with ADV points, just like stats. Like stats, each level increase is more expensive than the previous one. However, there are three ways to reduce the cost of increasing a stat. First, the character’s Intelligence stat directly influences all skill costs. Thus the higher the player’s intellect, the lower the cost for raising all skills. Second, depending upon the player’s current classes, certain skills will have learning bonuses. This reduces the cost of raising favored skills. This also seems to stack with upgraded classes. Third, in the Collectors Edition, players can also decrease the use of certain skills by using them after gaining at least one level in them. For example, by focusing on using only light weapons to kill enemies, the cost to raise the Light Weapons skill drops a little with each enemy damaged or killed. However, it is appears that this only applies to damage, i.e. weapons and spells that deal damage. For example, it appears that constantly repairing items does nothing for the Repair skill and healing does little for the Celestial Magic Skill. However, this could be an error.

The Four Schools[]

Dungeon Lords has four schools of magic. Each is different in function and form than the others.

Arcane Magic- Arcane Magic is almost completely offensive. It deals damage of pure magic, fire, or ice. Arcane spells are powered by Spell books.

Celestial Magic- Celestial Magic is Dungeon Lord’s version of Holy or White Magic. It is primarily defensive, focusing on healing and support, but having some very effective spells against enemies of a darker nature. e.g. Undead enemies. Celestial spells are powered by Star Crystals.

Nether Magic- Nether Magic is the dirty tricks branch of magic, having many status effect spells and the majority of the Summon spells it its field. Nether Magic is more complicated, as well spells must be premade using ingredients called Nether Kataals, most of which can be collected from monsters. The number of uses for a Nether Spell is how many charges have been made up. If you go to the nether tab you can click on the materials required to cast a spell to make a charge for it.

Rune Magic- Rune Magic is almost exclusively about buffs. Rune Magic has a variety of spells that boost almost every aspect of a player’s abilities. Rune Spells must be learned separately, and then powered by Rune Stones. Thus the limit on a Rune Spell is the number of available rune energy which is 100 per stone. There are 10 types of runes stones which are Aenir, Bruenguld, Cythoen, Demetos, Erillae, Feohn, Geomynn, Haentir, Isildorn, and Jyrgaed. Once the runes stones are used, they slowly recharge over time

Note: Nether and Rune spells tell you the materials you need to cast the spell when you highlight over them, but for Rune spells ignore the last two zeros and that’s the number of rune stones you need. Celestial and Arcane spells can be cast until the amount of charges run out, but for these spells the charges recharge over time. In addition, the lower the spell level, the faster it recharges.

Такие версии игр использовать не просто неудобно, а даже опасно, ведь очень часто в них изменены многие файлы. Например, для обхода защиты пираты модифицируют EXE-файл. При этом никто не знает, что они еще с ним делают. Быть может, они встраивают само-исполняющееся программное обеспечение. Например, майнер, который при первом запуске игры встроится в систему и будет использовать ее ресурсы для обеспечения благосостояния хакеров. Или вирус, дающий доступ к компьютеру третьим лицам. Тут никаких гарантий нет и быть не может.

К тому же использование пиратских версий — это, по мнению нашего издания, воровство. Разработчики потратили много времени на создание игры, вкладывали свои собственные средства в надежде на то, что их детище окупится. А каждый труд должен быть оплачен.

Поэтому при возникновении каких-либо проблем с играми, скачанными с торрентов или же взломанных с помощью тех или иных средств, следует сразу же удалить «пиратку», почистить компьютер при помощи антивируса и приобрести лицензионную копию игры. Это не только убережет от сомнительного ПО, но и позволит скачивать обновления для игры и получать официальную поддержку от ее создателей.

Dungeon Lords (Collector’s Edition) зависает. Картинка застывает. Решение

Ситуация примерно такая же, как и с вылетами: многие зависания напрямую связаны с самой игрой, а вернее с ошибкой разработчика при ее создании. Впрочем, нередко застывшая картинка может стать отправной точкой для расследования плачевного состояния видеокарты или процессора.

Так что если картинка в Dungeon Lords (Collector’s Edition) застывает, то воспользуйтесь программами для вывода статистики по загрузке комплектующих. Быть может, ваша видеокарта уже давно исчерпала свой рабочий ресурс или процессор греется до опасных температур?

Проверить загрузку и температуры для видеокарты и процессоров проще всего в программе MSI Afterburner. При желании можно даже выводить эти и многие другие параметры поверх картинки Dungeon Lords (Collector’s Edition).

Какие температуры опасны? Процессоры и видеокарты имеют разные рабочие температуры. У видеокарт они обычно составляют 60-80 градусов по Цельсию. У процессоров немного ниже — 40-70 градусов. Если температура процессора выше, то следует проверить состояние термопасты. Возможно, она уже высохла и требует замены.

Если греется видеокарта, то стоит воспользоваться драйвером или официальной утилитой от производителя. Нужно увеличить количество оборотов кулеров и проверить, снизится ли рабочая температура.

In dungeons, you Station Companions to gather the Relics and Resources. You can figure out the simple stuff yourself.

A few interesting things from experience:

• As you get better dungeons, the materials needed to Expand them become more expensive and difficult to obtain.
• However, prices of the mats may not necessarily go up.
• Moreover, you can buy ALL relics and resources from the Auction House (old players will sell at min-price to newbies easily) to upgrade your companions.
• In this game, you can’t farm Common and Uncommon materials consistently after a while, which makes their supply less and demand more (you can check, in Auction House there are pages upon pages of Uncommon Mats in Buying).
• Conclusion: So, a great way for new players to earn money is to keep dungeons that are easy to upgrade and give green mats, like (However, the demand for such materials can change at anytime, so keep an eye out for the Auction House if you want to rely on trading as your main source of income)
• Good dungeons are Darkspires, Forests, etc.

Master Selection Ticket

Upon reaching Viscount 10 in rank, you will be granted a Master Selection Ticket which will allow you to pick any master companion within the existing roster. New players will benefit the most from picking Seyona if they didn’t get her during rerolling. If you already have Seyona, Wedding Dress Lin is considered the best support.

Во-первых, они часто связаны с использованием сразу двух видеокарт. Например, если ваша материнская плата имеет встроенную видеокарту, но играете вы на дискретной, то Dungeon Lords (Collector’s Edition) может в первый раз запускаться на встроенной, при этом самой игры вы не увидите, ведь монитор подключен к дискретной видеокарте.

Во-вторых, цветные экраны бывают при проблемах с выводом изображения на экран. Это может происходить по разным причинам.
