Kel-Tec KSG

The «Peacock» is an optical shotgun (as in it fires energy-based projectiles, instead of solid bullets) featured in the game, that resembles a futuristic-looking Kel-Tec KSG, with the rear portion of the gun being replaced with a thumbhole stock. The weapon is held by Zeliska, which makes her the only character to use an Optical Gun as their primary, while Rain and Premiere use one as a backup to their dual-wielded primaries.

So far, the Peacock is the only optical weapon in-game to resemble a real-world firearm.

AR57 AR-57

An AR-57, manufactured by AR57 (yes, you read that right) appears as the «SPB Rapier». It is the signature weapon of Asuna Yuuki (Username: Asuna), and named for her weapon class of choice in other games, the reason for which is because she and Kirito can share the same ammo if needed.

Due to its standard size M4-platform design, the AR-57 is classed in-game as an assault rifle (a very broad category in-game that covers nearly all shoulder-fired automatics), though due to its use of the 5.7mm round while being automatic, it is more accurately classified as a PDW. Its description does note that it’s a conversion of an assault rifle platform, as well as that the shells eject out the (former) magazine well, due to the top-mounted magazines. The game’s second DLC will add AGGO characters Clarence and Shirley, with the former using an AR-57 as her primary just as she does in the novels. Of note is that the model for the Mk3 variant of this weapon is missing its magazine.

GunZ 2: The Second Duel

Back in 2003, a third-person shooter game titled GunZ: The Duel became a massive hit. A sequel has been released with better graphics and even more compelling gameplay. GunZ 2 is an online action shooting game that provides you with non-stop fight sequences against other players. This is the perfect game for you if you fast-paced action is what you’re looking for.

In this game, you can choose to play different classes to suit your style of play. There are also tons of weapons to choose from, including a deadly katana, a giant shield and a flame-thrower. Each class also has a unique set of passive and active skills. What’s great about this game is its combat system. You can freely roam around the map and navigate through obstacles like jumping over walls to gain an advantageous position. You can play with or against your friends so you have some variety in terms of gaming experience.

Glock 37

The Glock 37, denoted by the combination of its use of large-caliber rounds and 11-round (10+1) capacity, appears as the «Long Stroke», and is fitted with a compensator. It’s shown to be the weapon of choice for A290-00 (Nickname: Rei), the protagonist’s Type-X model of ArFA-sys unit; Rei is never seen in official artwork with another weapon, making their canon secondary weapon of choice unknown. The G37 is also used by Argo (real name unknown), the whisker-clad information broker, as her primary weapon, while Itsuki (real name unknown) and Alternative Gun Gale Online main character Goushi Asougi (Username: M) use one as their sidearms, and in the latter’s case, standing in for his Heckler & Koch HK45 pistol that he uses in the original work.
It appears as a large-type handgun, and is currently the most powerful handgun in the game in terms of single-shot damage, although has somewhat high recoil.

Glock 37 — .45 GAP

Ituski brandishes his Glock 37 during a plot twist-ridden standoff. The gun is fitted with a futuristic-looking but impractically large compensator that might aswell also function as an extended barrel since it’s about half the gun’s size.

FN Five-seveN

As with his original timeline self, Kazuto Kirigaya (Username: Kirito) wields an FN Five-seveN akimbo with his Kagemitsu G4 photon sword; in Fatal Bullet it goes by the name «SPB Night Sky». The weapon is also used by Premiere, a self-aware AI that joined Kirito from Sword Art: Origin, who wields two of them at the same time. If using the «Sword & Gun» weapon setup, the Five-seveN is always automatically paired with the G-series (shorter blade) Photon Swords.

The weapon lacks damage, but is very stable, has a large 20-round magazine, and has a very low stat requirement to use.

Game Structure[]

Fatal Bullet follows the events of Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization and takes place in Gun Gale Online, a game released by Zaskar following the advent of The Seed. The base game includes two modes: the Main Story, which follows the player’s custom character, and Kirito Mode, a mini-campaign focusing on Kirito where the Death Gun incident is adapted to fit the Gameverse. The two modes are accompanied by side events, focusing both on the main Gameverse cast, and the Fatal Bullet original cast. The final chapter of the main campaign also offers two default endings, depending on the player’s choices, as well as a canon True Ending.

Sword Art Online Fatal Bullet has introduced three additional story campaigns via additional paid Downloadable Content (DLC). The first DLC, titled Champion of Gunfire (銃火の覇者, Jūka no Hasha?) in Japan and Ambush of the Imposters in the West, takes place before the later episodes of the game. The second DLC, titled Creator of Entrenchments (壕陣の造手, Goujin no Zoushu?) in Japan and Betrayal of Comrades in the West, follows up on the story of first DLC. The third DLC, titled Pilot of the Machine (機駆の馭者, Kiku no Gyosha?) in Japan and Collapse of Balance in the West, concludes the trilogy of prequel content additions.

Fatal Bullet also has a large scale expansion pack, titled The Diva of the Snow Fields (雪原の歌姫, Setsugen no Utahime?) in Japan and Dissonance of the Nexus in the West. The story of this expansion pack takes place after the true ending of the base game.

The events of Fatal Bullet are concluded in a free winter update that was released on February 3, 2020, titled Mask of the Abyss (深淵の仮面, Shin’en no Kamen?).

Shotgun[]

Heckler & Koch MP5K

The H&K MP5K, lacking its foregrip (making it resemble the civilian SP89), appears as the «Sturm KZ», holding a rather optimistic 40 rounds in its 15-round magazine. Characters hold the weapon with both hands around the pistol grip like a pistol, making the lack of a foregrip a non-issue. It is the primary weapon of Keiko Ayano (Username: Silica), a fitting choice for someone accustomed to using daggers.

Heckler & Koch MP5K — 9x19mm

With a promo image all to herself, Silica shows off her MP5K; being a dagger-user in other games, machine pistols are an excellent fit for this little beast tamer. Her beloved companion, Pina the feathered dragon, only appears in town as a pet, rather than assisting in combat as she did in other games.

Спин-оффы[править]

В настоящий момент три серии спин-офф лайт-новелл. Одна пишется самим Кавахарой, две другие — другими авторами.

Sword Art Online: Progressiveправить

Кавахара всегда хотел расписать полное прохождение САО от первого уровня до 100-ого. И в этом спин-оффе он задался такой целью. По идее, это серия приквелов, которые должны закрыть пробел в истории между началом прохождения САО и до того момента, где его прохождение завершилось. Вот только уже с первого тома начались относительно серьёзные расхождения с оригиналом (главное — Кирито и Асуна оформились уже в первом паре в качестве напарников, что сильно разнится с тем, что они сошлись лишь в самом конце прохождения), что позволяет говорить об этой серии лайт-новелл как о мягком перезапуске. В настоящий момент вышло шесть томов, игра пройдена на шесть уровней. Раньше Кавахара писал по тому в год, а теперь пишет тогда, когда вспоминает (а вспоминает, увы, нечасто).

Sword Art Online Alternative Gun Gale Onlineправить

Автором этой серии выступает Кеичи Сигсава, известный, в первую очередь, как автор первоисточника «Путешествия Кино». Будучи оружейным фанатом, он пишет, естественно, о Gun Gale Online.

Главной же героиней тут выступает Карен Кохируймаки, обычная японская студентка, которая очень комплексует из-за своего слишком высокого роста. В VRMMORPG она подалась в надежде отыскать игру (здесь почему-то принята идея, что при создании персонажа ВО ВСЕХ играх на движке происходит рандомная генерация аватара, хотя об этом речь шла только в ГГО), в которой она может быть невысокой коротышкой. И так вышло, что единственная игра, в которой игра ей сгенерировала такой аватар, стала именно Gun Gale Online. Очень скоро LLENN (такой себе ник выбрала главгероиня) знакомится в игре с девушкой-ветераном этой игры под ником PITOHUI Питоху — отбитой на всю голову рыцарше крови, которая знакомит её с главным развлечением этой серии лайт-новелл — командной королевской битвой Squad Jam.

В настоящий момент (май 2020-ого) вышло 9 томов, объединённых в пять арок, готовится к выходу 10-ый том, есть аниме-сериал длиной в 12 серий, экранизировавший первые 3 тома (первые 2 арки) лайт-новеллы.

Sword Art Online Alternative Clover’s Regretправить

Автором этой серии выступает Ватасе Сойтиро (российскому читателю он вряд ли известен, да и в Японии не так жу известен). Сюжет крутится вокруг «Спящих Рыцарей» — сплочённой гильдии из 7-ого тома оригинальной серии лайт-новелл. В этой серии «Спящие Рыцари» играют в Asuka Empire — VRMMORPG, стилизованную под средневековую Японию. Больше ничего не известно — экранизации нет, на английском спин-офф официально не опубликовали, вышло всего три тома, так что пусть об этом скажет какой-нибудь случайно сюда заглянувший японец (автор справки не является таковым).

Sword Art Online Material Edition и побочные историиправить

Строго говоря, под этим разделом подразумеваются всевозможные спин-оффы и небольшие ответвления-рассказы, которые Кавахара писал по ходу дела. Часть из этих рассказов была потом расширена до томов Прогрессива (так, вторая серия первого сезона изначально была адаптацией именно такой побочной истории, а уже потом расширенная версия того рассказа вошла в первый том Прогрессива), другие расскази расширились до номерных томов (Так, арка «Колыбели луны» изначально была одной из таких побочных историй, но стала в итоге двухтомной аркой), ещё другие перекочевали в побочные истории (22-ой том — сборник части таких историй). В этих всех рассказах сам чёрт ногу сломит. И да, 16,5 глава в эти сборники не входит.

Ранобе Accel World авторства того же Кавахары де-факто является сиквелом к САО, пишутся одновременно. Совсем другие герои и игры, события отдалены от событий «Алисизации» примерно на четверть века, до полного раскрытия интриги пока далеко.

Firefall

Firefall is another fairly new game. Released on July 29, 2014 by Red 5 Studios, this game has elements of both FPS and MMORPG. You can even switch to third-person with a click of a button. You can gain levels as you advance through the game. Instanced missions are where the story of the game is mostly told, so you will have to make your character stronger to be able to battle the main antagonist.

In Firefall, your character wears an armor called Battleframe, equipping you with jump jets a pair of wings that allow you to glide. The main Battleframes are: Assault, Biotech, Dreadnaught, Engineer and Recon. Each Battleframe has unique weapons and set of abilities. You can switch freely from one to another. When you reach the max level of your Battleframe, you can unlock an Advanced Battleframe with even more powerful weapons and abilities.

Играть или не играть – вот в чем вопрос

Пожалуй, с кратким экскурсом для новичков покончено, можно теперь можно перейти непосредственно к обзору Sword Art Online Fatal Bullet. Сюжет происходит в одной из арок серии популярной серии, где геймеры играют в Gun Gale Online, ее главное отличие — это сеттинг постапокалиптического будущего и использование огнестрельного и футуристического оружия.

Катсцены, масса персонажей и диалогов – все это есть в игре, правда если вы незнакомы с первоисточником, то кавайные персонажи будут скорее раздражать своей болтовней. Видимо, разработчики затачивали игру строго под фанатов и если вы к ним не относитесь, то ожидайте, что на вашу голову свалится тонна непонятной инфы, а мотивация многих персонажей будет вызывать вопросы.

Окей, с сюжетом не задалось, но, как показывает практика на примере недавней Monster Hunter World, неудачный сценарий не делает проект плохим, если в него попросту интересно играть. Кстати, пример с последним MH не случаен, ведь игра Sword Art Online Fatal Bullet по своей геймплейной концепции очень похожа: это экшен гринделка, где все квесты сводятся к убийству мобов, чтобы затем улучшить персонажа и взять еще один квест на убийство мобов.

Вот только для того, чтобы начать убивать мобов и гриндить новые шмотки, необходимо перетерпеть неудачное вступление игры, где минимум действия, игроков учат азам незамысловатого геймплея и знакомят с десятком няшных персонажей. Подобный подход может понравиться только ярым поклонникам SAO, которые будут в восторге от возможности пообщаться с полюбившимися по ранобэ героями. 

Отмучавшись во вступлении длиной в полтора часа, вы попадаете в постапокалиптический мир, берете на вооружение стандартную огнестрельную пушку и начинаете крестовый поход против местных вражин. Стрельба, кстати, довольно неплохая, а пройти Sword Art Online Fatal Bullet без читов сможет даже игрок, никогда не игравший в экшены – скажем спасибо режиму удержания цели на противнике. Присутствует большое количество оружия, вариативная прокачка – все элементы качественной гриндилки, которые вроде как должны заставлять постоянно возвращаться в игру, но не в этот раз.

Прокачка практически ни на что не влияет, оружие одинаковое, а местные мобы обладают примитивным интеллектом и всего одной анимацией атаки. Интерес представляют только другие игроки, управляемые компьютером, вот они действуют слажено и атакуют суперспособностями. Если уж и хвалить игру, так это за неплохую графику на движке UE4. Sword Art Online Fatal Bullet на пк и современных консолях радует хорошими текстурами, красочными эффектами и хорошей физикой ткани.

Grenade Launcher / Rocket Launcher[]

Benelli M3 Kromo

The , named «Valkyrie», is featured with its correct capacity of 7 shells and is always used in semi-auto mode. It is the weapon of choice of Rika Shinozaki (Username: Lisbeth), a blacksmith in other games and now a gunsmith in GGO.

The weapon fires in semi-auto mode, but is still pumped after reloading. The weapon has lower damage than the M870, but is compensated by firing roughly twice as fast.

Benelli M3 Kromo — 12 gauge

On the far left, Lisbeth stands with her M3 slung over her shoulder. Aincrad’s top blacksmith will undoubtedly do just as well as a gunsmith.

Warframe

Warframe is a free-to-play TPS developed by Digital Extremes. The theme of the game is similar to Firefall. You play as a member of Tenno, waking up from centuries of cryosleep and finding yourself in a battle against the Grineer, the Corpus and the Infested. You are equipped with an exo-armor called Warframe, equipped with a set of abilities, stats and weapons.

There are 14 mission types in the game. You can team up with up to four players to take on these various missions. Some of the missions are: Assassination, wherein you need to defeat a boss; Survival, in which you need to survive against near endless waves of enemies; and Defense, where you need to defend an artifact from the invading enemies. The game is fast-paced, even allowing players to use parkour techniques during battles.

  радикальному способу решения проблемы: запускаете Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet и при появлении
  чёрного экрана нажимаете сочетание клавиш «Alt+Enter», чтобы игра переключилась на
  оконный режим. Так, возможно, откроется главное меню игры и удастся определить
  проблема в игре или нет. Если удалось перейти в оконный режим, тогда переходите в
  игровые настройки Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet и меняйте разрешение (часто получается так, что
  несоответствие разрешения игры и рабочего стола приводит к конфликту, из-за которого
  появляется чёрный экран).
• Причиной этой ошибки также могут послужить различные программы, предназначенные для
  захвата видео и другие приложения, связанные с видеоэффектами. А причина простая –
  появляются конфликты.
• И напоследок – проблема, вероятнее всего, может быть связана с технической
  составляющей «железа». Видеоадаптер может перегреваться, как и мосты на материнской
  плате, что влечёт за собой уменьшенное энергопотребление видеокарты. Мы не будем
  вдаваться в детальные технические подробности, поэтому просто рекомендуем в
  обязательном порядке почистить свою машину от пыли и также поменять термопасту!

Browning Hi-Power / Beretta 93R

A cross between the Browning Hi-Power and Beretta 93R appears as the «HGBST3 Kusanagi», a handgun that fires in 3-round bursts (hence the «BST3» part of its designation). The weapon is used by Yuuki Konno the to her sidearm Muramasa F9 photon sword, while a pair of them are dual wielded by the canon form of the protagonist. If using the «Sword & Gun» weapon setup, this pistol is always automatically paired with the F-series (longer blade) Photon Swords.
The weapon burns through ammo quickly due to being set on burst by default (with a 21-round magazine, that’s 7 shots at most), but has powerful burst damage and is fairly accurate.

Browning Hi-Power — 9x19mm

Beretta 93R — 9x19mm

Norinco Type 54

As in the original timeline, the player calling himself «Death Gun» uses a Norinco Type 54 «Black Star» to supposedly murder players in Gun Gale Online, just as he did in the main timeline’s Phantom Bullet arc. It appears as the «Prosti», correctly holding 9 rounds (again, counting the one in the chamber). The weapon is the protagonist’s canon sidearm(s), being seen using it during cutscenes where they use firearms. It is also used by Bazalt Joe (real name unknown) as his sidearm. Itsuki also gives the protagonist a Type 54 during the course of their interactions, which he mentions is the first gun he ever bought.

If using the «Sword & Gun» weapon setup, the Black Star is always automatically paired with the metal Estoc-typesword.
Although it’s unrealistically given higher damage than most pistols to offset its small magazine, it still used normal «Handgun Bullets», unlike the actually-larger-caliber Glock 37, which is unique in using «Large Handgun Bullets». Its performance is overall balanced, combining power, RoF and handling, but hampered by it’s small magazine size.

Norinco Type 54 — 7.62x25mm Tokarev

Learning about Death Gun’s true identity, Kirito (Kiriko?) runs him down, with Death Gun’s infamous Type 54 being sliced in half.

Summoning her inner OP protagonist powers, the female protagonist brandishes her twin Type 54s as she and Kirito prepare to engage a group of enemy players.

Если Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet запускается, но сильно тормозит, то перед началом всех процедур следует снизить графику до минимума через настройки игры. Если это не помогло, то придется прибегнуть к помощи сторонних программ для настройки видеокарты:

• NVIDIA Inspector для видеокарт от Nvidia;
• RadeonMod для видеокарт от AMD.

Загрузив программу, запускаем ее. В случае с NVIDIA Inspector нужно запускать файл nvidiaProfileInspector.exe, а не nvidiaInspector.exe. Сверху, в строке «Profiles:» можно выбрать любую игру, которая поддерживается драйверами Nvidia.

Ниже представлены все доступные настройки. Их много, но для того, чтобы ухудшить графику в игре до «картофельной», вполне достаточно всего нескольких, которые находятся в разделе «Antialiasing».

Наибольший прирост производительности дает изменение этих двух параметров:

• Texture filtering — LOD bias;
• Antialiasing — Transparency Supersampling.

Каждая из этих настроек имеет разные значения. Некоторые из них могут делать картинку в Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet неудобоваримой, поэтому следует попробовать разные комбинации значений, которые дают более-менее сносное играбельную картинку.

В случае с RadeonMod все аналогично: нужно найти настройки, отвечающие за отображение текстур и снижать их до тех пор, пока FPS в игре не станет достаточно высоким.
