The Bulletin Board appears after completing three bundles.

Completing all Bulletin Board bundles improves the player’s friendship rating with every by two hearts (500 points). Note that this applies only to non-datable villagers whom the player has met in person. Villagers who do not show on the «Social» tab of the player menu and villagers whose names appear as «???’ will not receive 500 points. If the player completes all the bundles before Kent arrives on 1 Spring, Year 2 — possible by buying a Red Cabbage from the Traveling Cart — he will not benefit from the friendship increase, and will start at 0 hearts. The Dwarf’s friendship will be unaffected if the player does not have the Dwarvish Translation Guide.

The morning after, Mayor Lewis will send a letter saying that packages containing items posted about «years ago» on the Community Center bulletin board have been appearing in villagers’ homes. He says the packages are all addressed from «your farm». He expresses his gratitude and says «all of us in town are delighted!»

Features

Multiplayer in Stardew Valley is very similar to singleplayer, but has a few extra features and a couple of rules you should probably know before you get to work.

Collaborative decisions: a big part of co-op in Stardew Valley is the focus on collaborative decision making. Through this, certain events rely on the input of all players, such as when to start a festival (by entering the festival area), when to sleep (upon entering a bed), and whether to focus on finishing the Community Centre or buy a Joja membership. Of course, all players share the same farmland, but each player has a separate spouse porch area and mailbox, and can build their own separate cellar. Every player also has their own energy bar, skills, and relationships that they build with NPCs.

Money and finances: as mentioned above, money can be shared between all players equally, or split individually through separate purses. This can be set up at the beginning of a new game, or it can be changed in-game through the town ledger in the Mayor’s Manor. Toggling money to be shared during the game will split all money across players equally, regardless of how much or how little you have. If it isn’t shared, you can also use the town ledger to send money to other players.

Game progress and questing: players can help each other during quests, but progress is mostly individual to each player. Quest difficulty is based on the highest-level player, so we highly recommend you and your friends try to keep up with each other, so no one gets left behind. Crafting and upgrading tools also has to be done individually, as does recipe collecting, but nothing is stopping you from lending each other a helping hand.

Experience: each player has their own experience points and bar, and XP is not shared. So, whoever commits the action, gets the experience. Sounds fair, right? Some examples include whoever interacts with the animal or harvests a crop gets the XP, and whoever gets the last swing with a pickaxe or lands the killing blow on a monster snags it. Crab pots are one to watch though, as whoever empties the crab pot gets the XP, even if they aren’t the one who set and baited it. You and your friends also have different daily luck.

Stardew Valley chat commands, emojis, and emotes

What is multiplayer without a chat? Well, of course, Stardew Valley has one of those. There is a selection of commands that you can run in the chat box, and you can see which ones are available by typing in /help. Some work for all players, whereas others only work for the host.

There are also 195 emojis in the game, including the cute little pixelated faces of all your favourite Stardew characters and critters. You can either use these by finding them in the game’s emoji menu, or by going into the chat and typing any number from 1-195 in square brackets (i.e. for a sweet bunny).

Finally, there are emotes, which are little emotions that your character will play out, accompanied by an emoticon in a speech bubble over your head. Emotes can be activated by typing /emote into the chat, or by pressing the emote menu keybind, which will differ depending on which platform you are using.

  • С ситуацией с его тётей всё ещё интереснее, поскольку в отличии от события Шейна, которое триггерится уровнем дружбы, дальше упомянутый квест насильно выдаётся по мере игры, и это было бы очень трудно упустить при проверке рейтинга.
  • Помимо гетеросексуальных браков, можно вступить и в однополые отношения, поскольку все потенциальные супруги, как шутят фанаты, фермер-сексуальные. Причём в отличие от того же Скайрима, некоторые персонажи прямо говорят что не испытывали подобных чувств к другой девушке/парню.
• Душегрейка — в изобилии, главным образом в отношениях с персонажами. Особенно результат выполнения глобального квеста — восстановления клуба.
• Магический реализм — за мультяшным, но на первый взгляда реалистичным сеттингом скрывается немало мистики: в городе есть свой волшебник, в шахтах и пещерах обитают натуральные монстры, а лесные духи помогают игроку восстанавливать клуб в обмен на приношения. Персонажи при этом воспринимают всё это как должное, а если и удивляются, то меньше, чем стоило бы.
• Отыгрыш или манчкинизм — одна из любимых тем споров среди поклонников (но без холиваров, благодаря общей добродушности аудитории). В общем и целом, манчикинизм, заключающийся в максимизации эффективности фермы, в ущерб отыгрышу в фандоме не очень одобряется.
• Протащить под радарами — каким-то образом игра сумела получить рейтинг «Для всех» при условии наличия в ней обсуждения вышеперечисленных «взрослых» тем.
• Трейлер вместо дома — в трейлере живёт (и потихоньку спивается от отсутствия работы) водительница автобуса Пэм и её дочь, учительница Пенни (потенциальный романтический интерес для игрока). Игрок может помочь им наладить жизнь: поспособствовать возобновлению работы автобуса (вознаграждается открытием новой локации — пустыни Калико), а позже, при достаточном количестве денег, построить нормальный дом вместо трейлера (а это сугубо для морального удовлетворения).

The quickest and easiest way to start a multiplayer farm is from scratch. In the «co-op» section of the main menu you can either join a friend’s farm or choose to begin your own. 

If you want to be able to invite your friends immediately, set the number of «staring cabins» to the number of farmers who will be joining you. Any co-op partner needs to have a cabin in order to join in. You man also want to choose the Four Corners farm map which is specifically designed to fit a whole four farmers with their own space to farm on the same land.

You can now invite a friend via LAN connection or by sending them the invite code located in your options menu in the multiplayer section. Your co-op partner can find options to join a LAN game or enter an invite code in the co-op section of their main menu. The «invite friends» option allows you to send an invite through your Steam or GOG friends list to the person you’d like to play with. You can also open your game for split-screen play.

• Via Steam: multiplayer farms hosted by your Steam friends will appear on the co-op join screen.
• Via GOG Galaxy or Steam: an invite code appears in the in-game options, which other players can type into the join screen to connect if they also have GOG Galaxy or Steam.

Upgrades

You can upgrade your tools at the in exchange for gold and metal bars, with upgrades taking two days to complete. During the upgrade, you can’t buy anything or ask Clint to break open geodes. The Coops’ Special Features Explained

The Feeding Bench is the long wooden thing on the back wall of your coop and is used to (big surprise) feed your animals. Hay that you place on the bench will be consumed overnight by the animals who live in the Coop. The bench will change size each time you upgrade your Coop so that it can hold enough hay to feed the maximum number of animals that the building can hold.

A Hay Hopper is one of the items that come with the basic Coop. It allows you to access all your hay stored in the Silos on your farm.

An Incubator is added when you upgrade a Coop to a Big Coop. If you place Eggs in this Incubator, it’ll hatch them into the associated animal.

The final upgrade you’ll unlock — when you upgrade to a Deluxe Coop — is an Autofeed System. This means that, instead of having to go into each coop and place Hay on the Feeding Bench, Hay will be dispersed automatically as long as there’s enough in your Silos.
