Physical Appearance[]

Golden Freddy appears to be a cross between Freddy and Fredbear with missing eyes. His hat and bow tie appears to be tinted dark blue, as opposed to Freddy’s black ones and Fredbear’s purple ones, though this may be the result of lighting. Upon closer inspection, a microphone can be seen lying on his right palm, as well as two pinprick white dot-like pupils within his otherwise empty eye sockets.

His paws are facing palms up. It is also possible that there is an endoskeleton in the suit. If one looks at the arms, a few wires and parts of the endoskeleton are visible, which share the same coloration as his accessories, though this may just be cords holding together the separate pieces of his suit. His jaw hangs open and his head is tilted to the right. He is also presented in a sitting, slouched position as if he were deceased.

In Five Nights at Freddy’s AR: Special Delivery, his appearance is the same as in the first game, but he is now completely golden, including his teeth, and he is more shiny. He is also seen moving its limbs for the first time in its workshop animation, albeit less fluidly, in contrast to other animatronics, and there does not seem to be an endoskeleton within him, making the cause of its ability to move its limbs unknown.

Oddly, he retains a shape similar to that of his appearance in the Stage 01 minigame. He is notably pudgier than in previous games. He also possesses a purple hat and bow tie as opposed to his traditional black. As opposed to his appearance in both Five Nights at Freddy’s and Five Nights at Freddy’s 2, he appears to have brown eyes.

As a plush, he has his original black, hollow eyes with white pupils inside. The pupils will follow the child at any time. He also has a black nose as opposed to the brown one Fredbear has. He also has two black buttons, similarly to Freddy from Five Nights at Freddy’s 2.

While Golden Freddy doesn’t represent himself as a nightmare in gameplay, he is majorly replaced by Nightmare Fredbear.

В верху изображаем округлые уши, присоединённые к палочке. Прорисовываем центральную часть ушек. Теперь между ними нужно начертить цилиндр. На голове рисуем квадратную деталь этого аксессуара и изображаем тонкую нижнюю часть, лежащую на голове.
Под головой будет бант. По бокам проводим две линии и на конце чертим овалы. От концов овалов вниз ведём по две чёрточки. На концах рисуем большие лапы с округлыми пальцами.
Теперь займёмся верхними лапами. Рисуем фигуры похожие на маленькие бочонки. Конец одной руки просто оформляем кистью с пальцами. Во второй руке изображаем микрофон.
Как рисуется мишка Фредди из игры фнаф карандашом разобрались. Теперь обведём полученный набросок чёрной ручкой и займёмся раскрашиванием. Не забудьте стереть линии карандаша.
Используем коричневый карандаш. Закрашиваем центральную часть ушей, мордочки и туловища. Серым цветом сделаем ручку у микрофона и палочки, на которых держатся уши.
Теперь чёрным закрашиваем цилиндр и внутреннюю часть рта. На цилиндре оставьте белую полосу сбоку. Жёлтым нужно закрасить все остальные элементы мишки. Вернёмся к чёрному карандашу. Закрашиваем бабочку и глаза медведя. Внутри оставляем маленькие белые блики. Используя этот же цвет, создаём тени на картинке.

Интересные факты

В отличие от первой части, где игрушки появлялись без вмешательства игрока (кроме Золотого Фредди, для получения которого нужно было кликнуть несколько раз на плакат с Фредди), во второй части нужно правильно проходить все мини-игры (кроме игр после четвёртой и пятой ночей).
Также теперь мини-игры влияют не на концовку, а на возможность сыграть в шестую ночь.
У мини-игр после второй, третьей и пятой ночей имеются 2 варианта финала (как и у обеих мини-игр первой части).
В отличии от первой части, где защитой была маска Фредди, во второй мы защищаемся маской Бонни.
Если в офисе уже проходил аниматроник (Т.Фредди, Т.Бонни, Спрингтрап и.т.д.), то он повернётся к игроку и через несколько секунд убьёт его.
Странно, что на Т.Бонни и Спрингтрапа в офисе маска реагирует, а за пределами нет. Но возможно в офисе они его не распознают, а когда выходят то они понимают, что это был охранник. Или же в игре такие условия.
В игре, как и в первой части, технологии звонка шагнули далеко вперёд, по сравнению с большинством фан-игр (Парень из Телефона стал Парнем из Ноутбука).

FNAF 1 Version

Golden Freddy is just a golden recolor of Freddy from the first game without eyes leaving the endoskeleton eyes and always sitting slumped on the ground, never moving.

FNAF 2 Version

Rather than being a simple recolor of Withered Freddy, Golden Freddy now has a unique model of his own. He appears to be in a decrepit state, much like the other withered animatronics, with a missing left ear, and a good deal of damage with loose wires and exposed parts. Also similar to the other withered animatronics, he now has upper teeth, wires are coming out of his empty sockets and shoulders, and small bits of the suit are faded and ripped. His arms and legs seem darker than the rest of his body. His head is noticeably thinner than Freddy’s. He seems to be more visibly clutching his microphone rather than having it lay on his palm.

Unlike his appearance in the first game, he seems much shorter, and unlike the other animatronics, he has human pupils instead of animatronic’s pupils, and he appears to have no bow tie. If one looks closely, he has a black button on his chest, similar to Freddy. His head also seams to be tilting to the left rather than to the right. He seems to have some blood on his suit.

In the novel trilogy and the Fazbear Frights series, Golden Freddy is described simply as being a molded golden bear with a light purplish blue hat and appears to be a cross between Freddy and Fredbear. Due to being a springlock suit, it can be presumed it had five fingers. In the Fazbear Frights, Golden Freddy has the body of Andrew inside him.

Golden Freddy is a major character in The Silver Eyes. Unlike the games, He is possessed by a boy named Michael Brooks. In The Silver Eyes, he is also implied to be the mascot suit used to lure the children to the back room.

1:35 AM — The New Kid

Golden Freddy’s suit appears in 1:35 AM. It appears in the third story, where Devon tries to trick Kelsey into putting on the suit for a little bit. Kelsey puts on the Golden Freddy suit all on his own, and proceeds to get springlocked. A week later Devon returns to check on Kelsey, only to see he’s gone, and gets his hand caught by some springlocks. While Devon is slowly bleeding out, he sees the top of a head, someone with curly black hair.

Trivia

Golden Freddy’s mechanic is a clear throwback to his original behavior in Five Nights at Freddy’s, where he teleported to the player’s office (under special circumstances) and could only be fended off by flicking up the monitor.
Golden Freddy was the first character programmed at 2%.
The Void cutscene is the first time Golden Freddy moves on-screen outside of his FNAF 2 jumpscare animation.
If one sets Golden Freddy at 1 and purchases a death coin, using it when he’s in the office causes Fredbear to jumpscare the player.
Golden Freddy is the only animatronic in the game to have an exclusive kill screen, like the first game. However, it does not crash your game.
One of the lines that Cassidy says while possessing Orville Elephant, is a reference to the ending of «FNaF 3«, were all of animatronics (except for The Puppet, Springtrap and Golden Freddy) are burned and set free by Michael Afton.

Добавляем по бокам лапы. Их верхняя часть похожа на четверти круга, а нижняя часть приближена к овалам. Каждый элемент лап соединяется между собой «палками-ножками». Кстати, вы можете направить лапы в любую сторону.

Theories

There is a common theory that Mike Schmidt may be hallucinating Golden Freddy, as Golden Freddy only appears if the player glances at said poster and returns to normal view. This is also emphasized by Golden Freddy not being a part of the Custom Night
However, this can be disproved by the fact that Golden Freddy’s jumpscare audio is heard on the phone calls of Nights 4 and 5, along with a robotic voice, which plays when Golden Freddy is in The Office. Additionally, Golden Freddy probably doesn’t appear on the A.I. Customization because he appears dependent on the player’s actions, similar to the Puppet from the second game.

‘s A.I. Customization. Also, Golden Freddy seems to have handprints on his face similar to the ones on Freddy’s face, further supporting the idea that it may be a hallucination of Freddy. Furthermore, when he appears in The Office, there is no reflection of him in the monitor screens, like there normally are when any animatronic is in The Office. Plus, when the player is jumpscared by Golden Freddy, the game does not show a game over screen; it simply closes.
Golden Freddy has no reflection on the monitor screens, which could mean he is a ghost or an apparition of Freddy, rather than a hallucination. Golden Freddy also vanishes only to reappear time and time again in a night rarely. He is also capable of appearing on a poster and making hallucinations increase, which a ghost has the ability to do. Golden Freddy also has dark blue smoke around his upper body, and a foggy appearance when he appeared in the second game.
Some speculate that Golden Freddy killed Phone Guy, since his jumpscare audio is heard in the phone calls of Nights 4 and 5.
There is a theory that states Golden Freddy is actually Fredbear from the first restaurant, Fredbear’s Family Diner, which is mentioned in the second game, and possibly in the fourth game.
It is possible that the endoskeleton in the Backstage might be Golden Freddy’s though it may also just be another spare endoskeleton.
It is possible that Golden Freddy is the suit used during The Missing Children Incident
However, the likelihood of it being used during The Missing Children Incident is unlikely, as Phone Guy, during Night 1, mentions that the animatronic suits also have crossbeams and wires. This would’ve likely killed anyone wearing the suit, regardless of the lack of an endoskeleton.

. This would explain his lifeless behavior, due to him being a costume with no person or endoskeleton in it.
It is also possible that the Kitchen is Golden Freddy’s starting location since the player can never see into this room. However, Cheat Mode in the mobile version may debunk this as Golden Freddy isn’t shown in the Kitchen, but this may be just to compliment his mysterious nature. However, it is unknown why the company would put an empty suit or animatronic in the Kitchen, but if Golden Freddy is indeed in the Kitchen this is most likely in line with the theory that Golden Freddy is a hallucination.
Golden Freddy has also been speculated to be Phantom Freddy.

This is the first game (excluding the end-of-night cutscenes from Five Nights at Freddy’s 2) where Golden Freddy can stand up.

History

Looking for a new clubhouse for him and his friend, Devon comes across an abandoned Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza location far out in the woods. Inside the mostly intact pizzeria, he finds Golden Freddy inside a closet. He puts the suit’s arm on, and the springlocks activate and lock him in. Luckily, he is able to take it off, and devises a plan to lock Kelsey into the full suit as a prank.

He later takes Mick and Kelsey to the pizzeria. After finding Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy animatronics on stage and in storage rooms, they finally find Golden Freddy in a small closet. Kelsey recognizes Golden Freddy as a suit that can be both animatronic and worn, remembering that similar suits are combined with new technology to react to vital organs and to allow the wearer to speak in the character’s voice, though the Golden Freddy suit is too old to have those capabilities. Kelsey hopes he can repurpose the animatronic for his clubhouse.

The kids drag Golden Freddy out, and Devon tells Mick to head back into the closet for parts. Devon remarks on Kelsey’s similarities to the bear suit, such as their smile and blonde hair, then tells Kelsey to put the suit on. Kelsey tries the surprisingly comfortable Golden Freddy suit on, though he’s too small to properly move in it. Kelsey begins to dance around, unfortunately setting off the springlocks and seemingly killing him, and he twitches violently as blood pools around the suit. Devon and Mick argue, Devon revealing he never knew the locks could kill, and that he trying to just leave Kelsey stuck for an hour or so. The two boys leave Kelsey behind.

A week later, Devon sets out to find Kelsey in Freddy’s, knowing for sure that he’s already dead. He finds the bloodied Golden Freddy, and attempts to pry open the mouth with rubber gloves and a hammer. Devon reaches inside the mouth, finding no trace of Kelsey. However, some unknown voice calls Devon’s name, which distracts him, and Golden Freddy’s mouth clamps down and breaks his arm. Devon attempts to free himself, only getting further sucked into the bear’s insides. Devon panics as he feels something move inside, getting a brief glimpse of a curly black-haired corpse, not Kelsey’s corpse, as he gets pulled fully into Golden Freddy.

Original Novel Trilogy

Although his full name is Michael Brooks in The Silver Eyes, the events of the novel, while considered canon by the creator, is an alternate continuity to the game series. However in the Freddy’s Files books, it’s revealed that his full name is Cassidy in ‘’Freddy Fazbear Pizzeria Simulator’’.

Fazbear Frights

It’s unclear if the Golden Freddy’s suit has a part in Kelsey’s mysterious resurrections at the end of the story.
If the suit isn’t sentient, not intertidally activating the springlocks, then this would make Golden Freddy the first animatronic in the Fazbear Frights series to not directly/intentionally harm the human characters, but rather have the protagonists themselves cause their own demise.
In the epilogues, Detective Larson concludes that the Stitchwraith could be connected to the Freddy murders. This could imply that Andrew is one of the murder victims. This lead fans to believe that he was murdered by The Man in Room 1280 and possessed Golden Freddy in the Fazbear Frights universe. It is also speculated that Kelsey is just a physical manifestation of Andrew that resembles Golden Freddy as stated by Devon and as shown by his odd knowledge about springlock suits similar to how Andrew created physical manifestations of himself in The Man in Room 1280 in the form of a grinning boy wearing an alligator mask.
