When we say «we», «us», «the team», «ETS2MP» or «ATSMP» we are referring to «TruckersMP».
When we say «you», «player» or «member» we are referring to the registrant on any of our services.

We create and manage a gaming platform for SCS Software’s (from here on known as «SCS») games «Euro Truck Simulator 2» (ETS2) and «American Truck Simulator» (ATS) to let you interact with other members in a massively multiplayer online (MMO) fashion.

TruckersMP is not in any shape or form affiliated with SCS.

1.2 Changes

If there are any changes to this policy we will post them on our website. Any changes will be effective from the date they are posted. Changes will not affect any information we have already collected about you. If you do not agree to our changes you will have to terminate all use of our software and contact support to deactivate your account or delete it yourself.

If you have any questions regarding these terms of service, please contact support, the feedback section or post on our forums.

2.1 Synopsis

This part covers the downloadable components of the modification and is provided here as a curtsy, current EULA is always in the download and is the authoritative source should they differ.

2.2.1 END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This copy of Euro Truck Simulator 2 Multiplayer and American Truck Simulator Multiplayer
(«the Software Product») and accompanying documentation is licensed and not sold.
This Software Product is protected by copyright laws and treaties, as well as laws and treaties related to other forms of intellectual property.
TruckersMP Team or its subsidiaries, affiliates, and suppliers (collectively «TruckersMP Team») own intellectual property rights in the Software Product. The Licensee’s («you» or «your») license to download, use, copy or change the Software Product is subject to these rights and to all the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement.

You may not redistribute this Software Product on any other websites that are not official mirrors.
You may not scan, «reverse-engineer» network connections of this Software Product.
Prohibited from use for promotion and advertising of other products without the permission of the authors.

To begin our 7-year anniversary celebrations, we are inviting everyone in the community to join us for an exclusive event, never seen before in the community!

Like last year, we are partnering again with Truckers.FM to bring you a one of a kind 6-hour Festival!

Located in Silverstone, Nearby London we are opening up our Festival on a huge site next to the race track where our Tournament was located last month. This will include a spectacular custom stage, lots of party decorations, a custom dragstrip, race track and most importantly — great music broadcasted to you LIVE from the Truckers.FM studio.

You can send song requests, shoutouts and listen in-game with our new built in radio feature for Truckers.FM on the in-game tab menu.
All you have to bring is food and drinks! 😉

Not only that, but we will also be hosting other great content, such as; competitions, giveaways, shoutouts, and even interviews with TruckersMP Developers and Management!

So please join us at the festival, enjoy the music, and party with our staff and the community!

Directions to the festival at Silverstone will be provided from London. A trailer is not required. Both trucks and cars are welcome.

The festival will be open on Friday 30th April between the hours of 17:00 — 23:00 UTC.

The Festival server will be Non Collision, meaning your fun won’t be cut short by someone blocking you from coming to the Festival. Everyone is welcome!

3.3 Third Parties

3.3.1 TruckersFM

By using request chat commands in-game related with TruckersFM, such as , , and , you grant us approval to share specific data with the TruckersFM service. Those are the following:

• TruckersMP username which is used to address you as the listener in the radio show
• Hashed SteamID used as a unique identifier

We do not store these pieces of information on our side. Therefore, they cannot be found anywhere in the data export except chat logs. Storing those is discussed in the rest of our privacy policy.

3.3.2 API

We share user data with third parties to consult publicly available profile data for use in their connected applications related to the TruckersMP project. This information includes profile information, basic ban information, game information, Virtual Trucking Company information (VTC, more information on what a VTC is can be found here), Patreon information and event information.

• Date and time when the account was created
• Steam ID
• User group
• TruckersMP staff status
• Social information: this is hidden by default, but the user can decide to enable this. Currently, only the Discord snowflake is included.

Basic ban information

• Active ban status
• Active bans count
• Ban sharing status: disabled by default. If enabled, all game punishments along with creation date, expiration date, reason and TruckersMP ID, and username of the moderator are shared.

Game information

• Flag to share detailed information on the real-time map: detailed in-game geographical information is shared to plot the user’s location on a real-time map of the server the user is connected to
• TruckersMP ID: only shared towards ets2map.com
• Server ID: only shared towards ets2map.com

Patreon information

• Sharing status: when disabled, only the tier colour is shared
• Current Patreon status (active or inactive)
• Active pledge status
• Pledge information: current pledge, next pledge, and lifetime pledge amount
• Colour of tier
• Patreon tier ID

Event information
Only public events (visibility set to public) are shared.

3.4 Information disclosed to TruckersMP staff

All information needed to run, manage and moderate the service as described in 2. What we collect is provided towards members of the TruckersMP staff as required for their respective roles. This includes, but is not limited to Steam ID, owned games, owned DLCs, Discord snowflake, etc.

3.5 Other

We may also provide information to law enforcement if so required by law and a court order is provided, or in cases where you decide to go public on our forums, we may disclose information provided to in e.g. a ban appeal or web report.

In the site settings, you will find an option to hide your Patreon information. This will hide your name from the Wall of Fame, as well as the box on your profile. Minimal information will remain visible for Development and Project Management only.

You can unlink your Patreon account in the TruckersMP account settings. Please note, unlinking your account will also remove your rewards that you obtained by pledging for a certain tier.

Unlinking your account will remove you from our Wall of Fame, as well as removing the Patreon section on your TruckersMP profile. No information will be visible for Development and Project Management either.

What do we use this data for?
Data gathered from Patreon is used to display the pledge information (current and past) and award the corresponding rewards.

How long do we store this data?
Data gathered from Patreon is stored as long as the Patreon account is linked. Once the user removes the link with Patreon in the settings, the data is removed.

Our second day of celebrations will bring us to American trucking! This year we will be starting from inside the land of S Crops at Santa Maria, where there is a large parking area, which is just off the highway junction of the 101.
We will be departing the S Crop location of Santa Maria and be heading across America to the famous and well known Tucson Race Track. Along the way we will be announcing some giveaways throughout the convoy, so make sure you have your radio on & keep an eye on the announcements in-game for those as well as on the road.

Нужно выставить галочку ETS 2 multiplayer для игры в ETS 2 multiplayer с зимним модом, выставите еще одну галочку напротив “WinterMod“.

3.1 Main

3.1.1 Synopsis

Truckersmp.com (hereby referred to as «Main website») is the primary portal to which you register, obtain the modification, appeal a ban, report rule violations, get help from support and obtain news information from the blog. All of these components and all served from under the primary domain is covered by this.

3.1.2 Access

Access to the main website and its downloads is provided to anyone who has confirmed ownership of either SCS’ Euro Truck Simulator 2 or American Truck Simulator. Accessing parts of the website, downloads included, without fulfilling the above is strictly prohibited.

3.1.3 Pentesting

If you find security vulnerabilities in the website you may report them to , we do not, unfortunately, offer a bug bounty. If you believe you found an issue that may damage data, do not try it, report it and we will test your theory in a safe environment. If a vulnerability is found and not reported responsibly, it will be treated as a security incident and reported to the appropriate authorities.

3.1.4 Reports and evidence provided in reports

api.truckersmp.com (hereby referred to as «API») is used by the game servers and third parties in an automatic fashion. Its primary function is to serve the game servers and the game client.

3.2.2 Access

Access to the API is provided freely within reason to third parties (just make a GET request to the endpoint you are interested in), but may be revoked should a third party cause issues that deter the quality of service to the game servers and/or the game client. Revocation of access is purely at the discretion of the TruckersMP Team, though generally, we will try to make an effort to identify the owner of the offending API consumer and contact them should it be a temporal issue.

3.2.3 Pentesting

Access to the main website and its downloads is provided to anyone who has confirmed ownership of either SCS’ Euro Truck Simulator 2 or American Truck Simulator.

TMP7 Freeroam

And that’s not all! In addition to our three action-packed days of celebrations like last year, we are excited to bring back and announce that we will be returning our exclusive ‘Freeroam’ server!

If you celebrated with us last year, you may remember that for the second time ever, we released a unique server in which the community could play online in a ‘sandbox’ environment. It was a massive success, and once again as a thank you to the community, we will be reopening it again exclusively for our TMP7 celebrations.

So what’s special about this server? On our TMP7 Freeroam server, players will be granted access to our staff-exclusive Police car!

And, to ensure you can enjoy the experience with reduced restrictions, the server will have no road rules enforced, with the player collisions ON.

The server will be available on Euro Truck Simulator 2 & an new addition for this year will also be American Truck Simulator for the first time, exclusively between Monday 3rd May — Monday 17th May.
