Additions[]
In the mod, the Overworld is considered a tier 0 dimension. The mod adds a new collection of features to the overworld, including tribute factions, generation, mobs and more.
Tribute
Main article: Tribute
In the overworld, the player has the ability to give tribute for a specific god faction by completing certain tasks. Tribute given is indicated by the four grey bars in the left side of the Advent GUI (by default), between the menu and resources, or by the four grey bars between Battle Rage and Energy in the upper right corner of the player’s screen (by default). The player can complete certain tasks during the day (not at night) to fill up the bars. Each bar represents a god faction, and each bar is filled up differently. See the tribute article for more information on filling up the bars.
Special messages
If the player has received one of the following messages in the chat when day becomes night, that means the player has successfully fulfilled the tribute require for the god faction.
- Selyan rewards you for your tribute.
- Luxon twinkles in approval.
- Erebon is appreciative of your favor.
- Pluton is impressed with your contribution.
- Krasaun is impressed by your equality.
If the player fulfills multiple requirements for different factions, multiple messages will appear in place of the normal nighttime message.

Overview[]
In the mod, the Nether is considered a tier 1 dimension. Advent of Ascension adds several new mobs, two new structures, and one new ore to the Nether.
For more information on the vanilla aspects of the Nether, go to the Minecraft Wiki’s Nether page.
Advent of Ascension adds a realmstone for the Nether, which can be obtained by submerging the player in lava and dropping a Blank Realmstone. The Nether Realmstone is optional, as the player can still access the Nether through the vanilla method. Using the realmstone will not apply the 8:1 portal conversion that the vanilla Minecraft Nether Portal has. The realmstone added by the mod will produce a portal made of Glowstone instead of obsidian.
Generation[]
Runandor’s generation features tall mountains/plateaus and low-lying areas. The surface is made of Runic Grass, and is covered in trees and foliage.
A layer of Dimensional Fabric exists at the bottom of the world.

Overview[]
Nowhere is officially considered untiered as per the tiering system. It is currently the only dimension to be treated this way.
Accessing
Nowhere can be accessed by using the Nowhere Realmstone on a Carved rune of power in a constructed portal frame.
The Nowhere Realmstone can be obtained through the following recipe:
Item | Ingredients | Recipe |
---|---|---|
Nowhere Realmstone | 1 Enchanted Golden Apple + 1 End Crystal + 1 Beacon + 1 Blank Realmstone |
Properties
The player is not able to interact with beds nor respawn anchors in survival mode if one is placed in creative. Attempting to use these blocks in creative will cause them both to explode (the latter if it is completely charged up). There is no day/night cycle in the dimension; clocks spin and maps are unusable (the player icon on the map doesn’t spin but the map renders as if the player were in a cave dimension).

Special properties
In survival mode, the player cannot place any blocks nor break most blocks inside Nowhere, no matter what. Lone portals are some, if not the only lone exception — if the player places a single portal block in creative and switches to survival mode, the player can punch and remove the portal block.
Many other right click actions, such as placing armor stands, or opening chests, does not work in Nowhere, with the following exceptions:
- Placing a music disc in a Jukebox. When a music disc is used, the disc is not removed from the player’s inventory, but the music still plays. Attempting to remove the disc from the Jukebox fails, meaning the player cannot duplicate the disc. A music disc placed in creative mode can be retrieved.
- Placing food items on a Soul Campfire.
- Opening an ender chest.
- Placing Tablets or a Lotto Totem.
Ender Pearls do not work in Nowhere. Attempting to throw one will not teleport the player when it lands.
If the player leaves the dimension through a portal, any Return Crystals or Progress Tokens are removed from the player’s inventory. Leaving by dying will not remove these items.
The doFireTick, mobGriefing, destructiveWeaponPhysics, and doStrongerMobGriefing gamerules are set to false whenever the player enters the dimension.
Non-player and non-tameable mobs will not drop any items if defeated while in Nowhere.
Generation[]
The landscape of the Haven is formed by many massive islands that float in the sky. The islands are composed of Weightless Stone, with Weightless Dirt and Weightless Grass on top. The terrain of the islands is rather mountainous, having many tall cliffs and overhangs. The islands generate fairly close together.
The surface of the islands is covered in multi-colored plants and trees. Crystallite Ore veins can be found generating in Weightless Stone in enormous quantities.
The islands float over the void.

Structures
There are three structures that can be found in the Haven:
Image | Structure name | Description |
---|---|---|
Floating Lotto Fountain | A small fountain structure with a Twinkling Lottoman in it. Generates over the void. | |
Guardian Tower | A massive tower structure that contains multiple floors, some of which have spawners. At the top is the Guardian Altar where the player can battle the Four Guardians boss. Generates on land. | |
Strike Rune Shrine | The Strike Rune variant of the Rune Shrine can also spawn in the Haven. |
